Ask Cortex to make a call

Give Cortex the questions, review the plan, and let it call a business on your behalf.

Before you start: Open Cortex on your iPhone or Mac and start a conversation.

  1. Say who to call and what to ask

    Name the business and include its location if there could be more than one match. Explain what you want to find out.

    “Call Juniper Kitchen and ask if they can seat eight on the patio this Saturday at seven. Ask about vegetarian options, too.”

  2. Review the call plan

    Check the business, phone number, questions, and information to share. Choose Edit to change the details, Call now to approve, or Not now to decline.

  3. Check the outcome

    Cortex places the call and reports what it learns. Review the result before making plans that depend on the answer.

If nobody answers or a question remains unresolved, the outcome should say so. You can ask Cortex to try again with a revised request.
